You can also have Click to Dial (highlight a phone number to dial it, or using the tel: URI scheme click on a number in your web based CRM system, quicker dialling and no more misdials) *
You can have screen popping, for inbound calls your screen can "pop" with the callers number/name/customer account details (requires web based CRM or similiar)
- When the call is answered you can automatically perform a custom action e.g.
